Dance Your PhD!

Welcome to the wiki home for Australia's first 'Dance Your PhD' event, held in 2009 as part of the

5th Stromlo Symposium

Inspired by similar events overseas this is a chance for PhD candidates to explore and communicate their work in a completely new way - via live performance!  It's about fun, trying something new, and the chance to turn your research into art.

Stromlo's event will take the form of an initial workshop session with movement instructor Sam Davison of TRANSIT THEATRE, followed by rehearsal and development time, before culminating in a LIVE SHOWING.  More about the structure of the event can be found on the Workshop page.
